All prices are in ZAR. We accept major debit and credit cards and other secure payment methods supported by Shopify, PayFast, or Peach Payments.

Payment must be made in full before orders are processed.

If your payment is declined or flagged as suspicious, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount received.

5. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery within South Africa typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on location and courier availability.

Shipping fees are as follows:

  • Flat rate: R99 for orders below R1500.

  • Free delivery: on orders R1500 and above.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout. AV Misc & More is not liable for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Returns and Refunds

In summary:

  • Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If returned items are found to be used, damaged, or altered, they will be sent back at the customer’s expense, and no refund will be issued.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
