Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.
Delivery Timeframes

Nationwide Delivery: 5-7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity, weather, or load-shedding disruptions.
Shipping Fees

Flat Rate: R99 for orders under R1500.

Free Delivery: Orders over R1500 qualify for free shipping within South Africa.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery details before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will need to pay for re-delivery.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you can track your order using the tracking link provided via email or SMS.
If you have not received your tracking number within 72 hours of order confirmation, please contact us at avmiscmore@gmail.com.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing:

Currently, AV Misc & More ships only within South Africa. We are working to expand international shipping options in the future.
