🔁 Eligibility for Returns
We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging (including tags, boxes, and protective wrapping).

Items showing signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage will not qualify for a refund.

Proof of Purchase:

A valid proof of purchase (such as your Shopify order confirmation email) is required for all returns.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and supplier restrictions, certain products cannot be returned:

Hair and beauty items (including wigs, combs, and styling tools) once opened.

Earrings and jewelry accessories.

Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional campaigns.

Gift cards or digital products.
💸 Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us or to our supplier.

We recommend using a trackable courier service and keeping proof of postage, as AV Misc & More is not responsible for items lost in transit during returns.
🔍 Inspection and Refund Process
Once we receive your return:

Our team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days of receipt.

If the item meets all return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
If the item is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original condition:

The return will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

In such cases, no refund will be provided.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

Attach clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

We will assist in replacing the item or issuing a refund at no extra cost.
